Prepare Thyselves

Sunday, April 17th, 2005

For the upcoming spectacle of mental, physical, and emotional breakdown that will be had by the Kos kids and the far-left over this one.

**UPDATE** 6:27 AM 4/18/2005

And so it begins.

Some of the more hysterical (in a bad way):

As soon as I saw this cover I cancelled my subscription. Here is what I told them:
After seeing the current issue with Ann Coulter on the cover I have to cancel my subscription. I subscribed to Time to stay informed of news, but instead this week I got a right wing version of People. Could you find nothing more urgent in the news this week deserving of a cover? She offers nothing to a constructive exchange of ideas, and your own polls show only 11% view her favorably while 79% do not even know who she is. I have not read the article yet, but I hope you include some of her more hateful quotes so that people just being introduced to her get the full picture. (emphasis mine)

This one really made me laugh. One cover and Time is shilling for the right-wing…

This Time edition is more proof that there is no liberal Media.

This is important in understanding that the Media is nothing but shills for the Right Wing, who aided and abetted the lies of the Bush Administration on Iraq, the WoT, tax cuts, social security, etc.

In my view, it is important that we hold teir feet to the fire as much as we can. You may not like it, but the Media remains an important cog in the Right Wing machine, and we need to fight on that front as well as all the others.

I believe you adviocacy for an ostrich approach is misguided at best, harmful at worst.

Oh, and let’s not forget the political retribution for putting Ann on the cover…

IN 2006 we should target any Congressman who associates with Coulter.

Oh, do read the rest of them. It will get your day going with a good laugh.

LOOK AT ME PLEASE!!! SOMEONE PLEASE LOVE ME!!

Congratulations Mr. President

After everything George W. Bush has endured over the last 4 years, from the debacle during the last election in Florida, to 9/11. After Iraq and “Bush Lied!”, “HALIBURTON!” and “BABY KILLER!” After being smeared by Dan Rather & Mary Mapes, George Sorros & his 527 minions. After receiving the worst media election coverage of any candidate for President in history and having to watch his opponent be given the best media coverage of any candidate for President in history. After Michael Moore and Fahrenheit 9-11.

After having to carry the weight of the hardest decision a President will ever make, sending boys and girls and men and women to fight for their country with the knowledge that some will surely die.

After enduring all of that and oh, so much more, the Democrats are pissy about the size and expense of the inaugural, which is financed through private donations.

If you ask me, I’d say he f*ing earned a party.

cry babies

Get over it you bunch of crybabies.

Cat Fight?

Barbara Boxer and Diane Feinstein are going to be on opposite sides of Condoleeza Rice’s confirmation hearing:

Boxer - “I personally believe that your loyalty to the mission you were given overwhelmed your respect for the truth,” Boxer plans to tell Rice, according to prepared remarks released Friday.

Feinstein - “Dr. Rice has the skill, judgment, and poise to lead in these difficult times,” Feinstein said. “If confirmed, she will have a critical asset in conducting American diplomacy — the deep, personal trust and confidence of the president.”

Feinstein also accepted Rice’s invitation to introduce her.

I wish Dr. Rice could respond to Boxer, “With respect Senator, I believe you have let your emotions and blind hatred for this President overwhelm your respect for and loyalty to your Country.”

I wonder if Boxer will cry again? One can only hope…

Bush Win Certified

Barbara Boxer seems to be taking the news a little hard. But then again, PEST is a difficult thing to overcome - as difficult as BDS I hear. Why, it has barely been TWO WHOLE MONTHS since Kerry got his ass kicked and healing takes time.

Boo f*ing hoo, moonbat.

Yeah, wipe the crocodile tear from your eye honey.

I still say the two groups should get together and having some healing.
