		<description>Supposedly Mike Griffin want to halt ISS construction until the moon rockets are complete.  That way, the shuttle will not have to fly too many times before the new CEV is ready (it will only have to make resupply runs,) and the rest of the ISS parts can be sent by one of the shuttle-derived moon rockets.

Mars will be cool, but it will be very hard if we don&#039;t gain experience from the moon.  If we follow the plan that&#039;s being laid out, we shoudl get there by 2030 or shortly after.
