“It looks like this big patient is cured.”

Gotta love this.
Now, let’s get that damned foam problem fixed and get on with it already! I wanna see a man on Mars before I die and the longer the damned ISS takes to get completed the more chance I am going to be worm food before Mars happens.

Supposedly Mike Griffin want to halt ISS construction until the moon rockets are complete. That way, the shuttle will not have to fly too many times before the new CEV is ready (it will only have to make resupply runs,) and the rest of the ISS parts can be sent by one of the shuttle-derived moon rockets.
Mars will be cool, but it will be very hard if we don’t gain experience from the moon. If we follow the plan that’s being laid out, we shoudl get there by 2030 or shortly after.
It’s looking like the president might have made a good choice by letting a rocket scientist run NASA.
What a logical approach to rocket science! I hope we get there before 2030 but it may not be that bad – I won’t have even retired yet.
